Unfairness - Student Complaint

I would like to ask for your prayers, please. There is a student who is appealing an exam grade because he believes the instructions were not clear enough, and for that reason he took a different exam. Only he did this. The rest of the students took the correct exam. The situation has escalated and, in my opinion, neither the supervisor nor the department head is supporting me. It will now be formally reviewed by a committee that will make a decision. I would greatly appreciate your prayers for wisdom, justice, and peace for everyone involved, including the student. Thank you.
