Praying over my marriage in a spiritual war

My wife and I are getting along worse and worse every day. We’ve been arguing very often and in a deeply hurtful way for months now. We no longer have any intimacy, we both sleep very poorly and often separately and we’re both at the end of our rope. We’ve both been struggling for months and feel emotionally drained. We haven’t even been married a year, and we’re constantly going around in circles. There are a few weeks when things go better, and then it all starts over again or gets even worse. I don’t know what to do anymore; we can’t even talk about our problems normally without things escalating again and getting even worse. I’m at the end of my rope and don’t know what to do. We’re under emotional distress.
