Prayers for the people of God

Loving Father, I come to You today, lifting up my brothers and sisters who are struggling and in need of Your help. Holy Spirit, please come and show us Your strength, revealing the Father’s will in Jesus' name. Help us to genuinely repent for our mistakes and the ways we’ve fallen short, especially the grudges we hold against those who have hurt us. Teach us to let go and forgive, just as You have forgiven us. We place everything in Your hands, trusting that what You’ve done for us through Jesus on the cross is enough. We believe in the healing You’re bringing to our hearts and lives, and we receive it just like we received the free gift of salvation. Thank You for the good work You’re doing in us, both inside and out. We praise You for Your love and mercy. Use us to draw the unsaved to You and to speak boldly what Your Spirit guides us to say and do. Above all, teach us to reach out to You and love You wholeheartedly, with gratitude for the intimate work You’re doing in each of our lives to bring glory and honor to You, our loving Father and Creator. We pray for encouragement and for spiritual gifts to equip us to serve the body of Christ and bring those who are lost back to You. Thank You for Your mercy and grace in our lives and for Your faithfulness in answering our prayers, which will not return void. I ask for wisdom for those who want to be a beacon of hope to those who are confused and hurting. Help us break negative cycles by being the ones to step forward in peace and love, as You strengthen us to do what we can’t do on our own. We ask that our angels be mobilized to help us fight against dark and oppressive forces from the enemy. We call out in the heavenly courts to have chains broken from addictions, whether they be drugs, alcohol, or anything else. Open our eyes and hearts, revealing Your counsel as we lay down our burdens. We pray for cancer to be banished and for all kinds of sickness to be miraculously healed for Your glory. Speak now to the root of the curse and reveal it to us so we can pray effectively to see it cast out along with other dark spirits. We renounce all past occultism activity and close all windows opened by consulting psychic and mediums, and Ouija boards. We break the chains that bind us to the enemy now in the Name of Jesus. We know that Jesus died for our sins that we might know true life and breathe and operate in the Spirit. We call upon his blameless and pure blood to cover us and the doorposts of our hearts and hands. By the stripes he bore on His back we are healed. If healing does not happen immediately we will not give up but will continue to trust in your provision and love for us. We will continue to petition our case of your promise of deliverance promised to us in your word. We stand united that your word and your absolute glory in our lives is real and that things are about to change. We ask for Your kindness to soften even the hardest of hearts. Teach us to give freely to the body of Christ and to set aside our own needs. We confidently submit our troubles to You in prayer, expecting great things to happen in the name and power of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We acknowledge that You hear all, know all, and love us deeply. You are working in mysterious ways to bring about Your glory. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
