My stomach is ailing me terribly due to undocumented food ingredients :(

I can't eat gluten due to a tummy sensitivity, and I just found out hotdogs THEMSELVES include gluten, even if I forego the bun. Pork is another thing that ails me, in the way that I have terrible awful stomach cramps and bloating. I only eat Hebrew National hotdogs, the 100% beef only ones, but it's still making me feel like death. I've been praying so much, EVERY day, but I'm starting to think I need some back up to help my voice be loud enough. Anyone willing to add me to their prayers? I promise I'm doing my best for my health with the economy being how it is, and I've been doing my best by Yahweh, my voice is simply one of many. Please help me.
