I messed up

I rolled someone under the bus by accident. I went to them and said,” talked to them.” They were not acting upset just like that was why someone was mean to them. I felt so bad! It was work and I apologized. I have a horrible issue with disappointing people. I can’t sleep and I need to get past this. I have Grace for others just not myself. Please pray for me. I get so depressed I feel I can’t face another day. This will pass. How do I stop spiraling? Please pray for me!
