Help at Work

Please let my coworker and managers honor my requests for help with work, and render me aid so I can do my job. They promised to help me but when I ask for help they don't do anything or wait until I do something, then criticize me. Please let them stop doing that and instead have patience with me and give me assistance. If they are motivated by jealousy or competitiveness please let them release any negative emotions they have towards me and do their jobs.
