Heal me

Lord God, Please bring healing and relief to my body tonight. Calm the inflammation in my sinuses, ease the pressure and pain, and help me breathe freely again. Please loosen the tightness and aching in my left shoulder and the left side of my neck. Let the muscles relax, the soreness fade, and the discomfort leave my body little by little. Grant me rest, peace and comfort instead of frustration and pain. Give me strength to get through this and wisdom to care for myself well. Surround me with Your healing presence and let tomorrow feel lighter than today. In Jesus’ name, Amen~
