Excruciating pain with atrophied muscles all over after broken arm

I broke my arm one year ago slipping in the wet back yard onto concrete, and it was just 2 weeks after my little brother died, who was my best friend. I am 72 years old and I was in incredible condition before the broken arm, as I swam and jogged almost daily. Then just as the arm was healing, I fell on it hard again just 6 months later trying to hop onto a chair, and again 3 weeks ago when a branch fell on my shoulder. It’s now been 2 years since I’ve been able to swim, which was my rejuvenation, and all my muscles have atrophied – my legs, my back, my sides, my chest. My sternum is the most excruciating. I have no health insurance for physical therapy, as Medical only pays for hospitalization, and getting back out of the pool after walking in the shallow end on the last high step was too frightening. I take nothing for pain except placing hot washcloths on my chest and back, and started doing sit/stand chair lifts and moving my arms for exercise. My cat is my only best friend, I’ve outlived all friends and relatives, and she doesn’t understand why I cry when she tries to lay on me or am unable to pick her up when she asks. Please pray for me to get better. I’ve been in chronic pain for a year now and no doctor could help me, even if I had insurance.
