Break through in work and confidence to stop putting work tasks off

I am a senior finance executive but I still struggle with procrastination and putting off starting difficult tasks where I am not confident I can perform them correctly. I do want to be really productive in my job so that I can help my colleagues and glorify God in my work and I can then be focused as a father and a husband when the work day is done I want to enjoy my job and help people and feel energised but don't feel like this is the case at the moment. I feel fortunate to have a job because I know lots don't but i struggle to want to get out of bed in the morning. Please strengthen me Lord this week and help me get the job done..
